everyone here is mad

ANNA C. BOWLING would rather be writing historical and inspirational romance, researching the same, rehearsing with her theatre arts ministry or rubber stamping than writing an author bio. The once and future New Yorker, along with husband, Rheuben, a chef, currently reside in Connecticut, with far too much laundry for a two-person household. Her attention can be easily attracted by anything pertaining to the Tudor or colonial periods, and most eras in between. Updates on current writing and theatre projects can be found at www.geocities.com/unzadi/ and email from fans, detractors or other beings is always welcomed.

ELIZABETH CATO knew she either wanted to write or be a ventriloquist when she was five years old and drew pictures of a pretty princess. Much to the delight of the kids in her kindergarten class she told stories about that princess using a recycled and often-darned sock and a carrot filched from the school cafeteria. Elizabeth lives in Georgia with her husband David, who gives inspiration by demanding she sell her first novel so that she might support him in the manner in which he wishes to become accustomed.

CHRISTOPHER DeFILIPPIS is an award-winning author and journalist. His first novel, Foreknowledge, was published in 1998 by Berkley Publishing. His DeFlip Side radio segment can be heard monthly on the SF radio show, Destinies: The Voice of Science Fiction. His passions include the written word, cooking and Tyra Banks.

NATALIE A. LUHRS has been reading voraciously since she was three years old and is rarely found without a book near to hand. When she isn't reading, she's either knitting or spinning, and occasionally updating Pomegranate Afternoons.

JILL MANGAN believes in ice cream, reading, and pedicures, not necessarily in that order. While figuring out what to do when she grows up, she enjoys her job (mostly), spoils her dog, and is the bane of her local public library's existence. Future plans include travel and world domination.

LOLA SPARKS has been reading since she was four or five, and has been spewing her opinions ever since. She loved the suspense of the Pooh books, but wished Nancy Drew had a bouncy orange companion to liven things up. She's delighted to find this new forum in which to spew. She enjoys romping with creatures of the night, lemon drops, and pictures of pretty princesses.

SHERI MORTON STANLEY would rather read than eat, preferring horror, mystery, and all around weird fiction. Her own horror fiction has appeared in the Shadows #9 anthology, and she’s a 15 year veteran writer of the horror that is advertising copy.

ELISE TOBLER continues to mark time until the big novel sale rolls in. Then she'll be writing on a sandy beach, beneath a big umbrella, sipping double shot margaritas. Till then, she writes in Colorado, and crosses her fingers every time a story goes out. Her fiction has appeared in a wide variety of places you probably haven't heard of.

ITALICS: devoted to books since 1998. Design and tips snurched from Mandarin Design because they said it was right fine.
